ZRJ-100L 真空乳化搅拌机
1整机外形尺寸：长×宽×高×全高 2950×2100×2120×2970MM
2 乳化锅：工作容积100L 材料SUS316L ，蒸汽加热，水冷却。
3 结构形式：三层结构，上下封头，上封头与罐体用法兰连接。下封头直接与罐体相连，罐体内胆材料为316L。厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级），夹套材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套为304材质 ，厚度2mm，外抛光300MESH（卫生级），所有焊缝磨平后抛光处理，保温材料，采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。
4 锅内带三套搅拌装置：
1，高速剪切均质乳化，功率4KW 转速0-3300r/min（变频调速）
2，回流式框形搅拌浆，功率1.5KW 转速0-80r/min（变频调速）
3，逆向搅拌，刮壁与搅拌浆同一个电机传动 ，转速0-80r/min
5 罐体上主要配件：进料口配有管道过滤器，加料口，吸真空口，无菌呼吸口，带灯带雾刷视镜，温度传感器，CIP清洗器，出料口，安全阀，压力表，负压感应器等装置。
6 预处理锅：（油，水锅）
水锅容量80 L；油锅容量80L；各一台，电加热，水冷却。
结构形式：锅盖半开启式，安装在机架上，带分散刀搅拌，配有自控温度仪装置。
三层结构：内胆材料为SUS316L，厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级）。中胆材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套材料为SUS304，厚度2mm,外抛光300MESH（卫生级），保温层采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。分散刀搅拌功率1.1KW，转速960r/min，出料口配有卫生级气动放料阀。
7液压系统：
油箱，油缸，电磁阀，溢流阀，液压回流控制阀等结构。
8 真空系统：
主锅真空泵ZBV2060型，抽气量32㎡/h，电机功率1.1KW。
9 电气控制系统：
电器元件为施耐德产品，变频器为日本松下电工，按钮类采用施耐德公司产品。仪表，传感器，温控仪等采用国内优质产品。温度控制，输入数据，自动控制。
10 密封
密封材料，采用硅橡胶密封垫进行密封。
11 线端接点全部采用压帽工艺连接。
12 本机分两组结构，底脚根据用户要求可以安装机架平台上（油水锅架）。
13 外表面的各拐角处全部圆弧过度，手感平滑。

4. There are three sets of mixing system in the tank:
1. High speed scissors: power: 4kw; turn speed: 0-3300r/min
2. Overflow frame-shape mixer: power: 1.5kw; turn speed: 0-80r/min
3. Backwards mixer: 1.5kw; turn speed: 0-80r/min
5. Main parts from the tank: product inlet filter; product fitting inlet; vacuum sucking outlet; germless breath mouth; mirror with light and brush; temperature sensor; CIP cleaner; product outlet; safety valve; pressure meter; negative pressure sensor, etc.
6. Pre-handle tanks (oil tank and water tank)
Water tank volume: 80L; oil tank volume: 80L; electric-heating; water cooling
Structure: half-open cap, fixed on the platform, including the mixing scissors, self-controlled temperature meter equipment.

9. Electric control system:
Electric component is Schneider brand, frequency convertor is Matsushita, press button is Schneider brand. Meter and sensor, temperature is the best quality made in china. Temperature control, data input, automatic control.
10. Seals
Material of seals is silicon rubber seals.
11. Connecting way of Clamping Nut for the connector of wire end
12. The machine has two parts, bottom settlings can be fixed on the platform (the stand for oil tank and water tank)
13. Outer surface for each corner is arc shape, and the touch feeling is soft.
